You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. ~Galatians 5:13 NIV

The prosecution charges Tom Buchanan with Criminally Negligent Homicide in the death of Jay Gatsby of The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. But can they show that George Wilson actually murdered Jay Gatsby? The English 3 students are holding a mock trial on Friday, May 26 and Monday, May 29 during periods 2 and 5. We are looking for a jury! Please let Mrs. Maxwell know if you'd like to participate or just come and observe.
Are you stressed with unnecessary schoolwork? Are you looking for a way to splash them all away? Then look no further. Come to the pool on Friday, the 26th, for ExCo's end of the year party. Tickets are on sale in front of the high school office for P40 during lunch and after school. There will be complimentary snacks and drinks, a movie under the stars at the pool, and great food from the food truck stationed at the parking lot area. The venue opens at 5, and the movie begins at 6. Come end the year right with us. ~Mikaela Sun for ExCo

Each year many aquatic animals die from ingesting discarded plastic. Today is the International Day for Biological Diversity, marking the importance of sustainable tourism and biodiversity. What is biodiversity? It simply refers to the diversity of living organisms in our world. In light of an increasing amount of species at risk of extinction, nations around the world have promised to do more to prevent wildlife trafficking and environmental damage due to tourism. Be mindful of how you treat the environment. The little things you do can make a difference. ~MUN Officers
