  • All you Cross Country runners, or wanna-be runners. I'm giving away Starbucks gift cards to runners who complete 100k or 200k cumulative distances during the summer break. Email me for more info. ~Coach Isaac

  • All students who are interested in trying out for Boys Var. Soccer next year, I would like you all to be able to comfortably run 3 miles/5 kilometers prior to tryouts. Let’s start the season off right by coming to practice in shape. The goal will be for you to run 'the hill' from the pool down to Don Celso S. Tuason Ave and back in 7 mins or less. ~Coach Ellis

  • Like running? Like prizes? If you did not get a chance to sign up for the Cross Country Club you still have a chance to join. Just Email Miss Benson and let her know you are interested. She will be sending you a workout schedule for the summer to help you prepare for Cross Country season next year. Whoever runs 100k during the break gets a Starbucks gift certificate. ~Coach Isaac
