ALL SCHOOL:


  • Library Hours:  The Secondary library will have shortened hours from Monday through Thursday (October 28-31). (No school this Friday, November 1). The library will open at 7:05 am and closes at 3:30 pm this week, with the exception of Tuesday that closes at 1:30 pm. ~Library office

 

  • Christmas Present for A4J:  Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?  Pick-up your angel tree tags at the high school office today!  Bring some joy to a child this Christmas season. All wrapped gifts are due by November 15 at the high school office.  ~NHS

 

  • The 8th Annual Indoor Soccer:   Announcing the 8th Annual Indoor Soccer Tournament this Friday, November 1 (holiday) at Faith Academy.  All games will be held on campus. The games begin at 1:30 pm. Concessions will be sold. To enter a team pick up a team early form in the high school office.  If you would like to play but don't have a team ask a varsity boys soccer player or Mr. Wolfenden to see about joining an existing team. All teams must have a girl on the court at all times.  Come join the fun or just watch and cheer. ~ Mr. Wolfenden

 


HIGH SCHOOL:

  • Attention high schoolers! The academic bowl team is seeking at least two members to accompany us on November 12 to our meet at ISM.  If you are interested in joining, please come to lunch practice on Thursday in room L-11. ~Ms. Summers


  • Cutts Cup and Wolfenden Cup Results - Girls took 2nd, Boys took 1st!!  Girls Golden Boot: Seulgi Kim, Best Defender: OnYu Kim, All-Tournament: Seulgi Kim, OnYu Kim, Mika Stone, and Icee Guerrero.  Boys MVP: Sky Seo, Golden Glove Keeper: MinYoung Jeong, Best Defender:  Zach Hagen.  All-Tournament: Sky Seo, Gun Nam, Keegan Wolfenden, Sam Winslade, Zach Hagen.


  • ACSC Swimming Results - Faith attended the ACSC Swim meet as one of 4  schools in Taiwan last weekend. Tara Uy was awarded 6 gold medals and the tournament MVP, Johann Dee, Uiseong Kim, SeongYeong (Daniel) Park, and Shadrack Vega worked as a relay team and earned 2 bronze medals. Faith also got the Sportsmanship Trophy.  A great showing for our first time attending the ACSC Swim Meet.


  • Brews Brothers Free Tasting:  "Hey guys! Brews Brothers will be doing a free tasting this week for our newest addition of drinks. If you would like to try it out, all you need to do is sign-up at the Middle School and High School offices and show up on the assigned date! Only 10 students per grade will get to participate so sign up quick! See you there! :) "
