Five days of school this week...

Terra Nova: Please remember Terra Nova testing on Monday and Tuesday this week (April 13 and 14)All grade 9 and grade 10 students will be tested during the following times:
       Monday - periods 5-8
       Tuesday - periods 1-4
Note: If your class is left with only a handful of students during Terra Nova testing, please do not automatically send your remaining students to the library or excuse them to go to the V or hang out in their halls. You may decide on alternative class activities (movies, extended reading etc.) or you may allow your students to study for other classes but they should remain in your classroom under your supervision throughout the period.

 - Tuesday afternoon: More practice on writing essential questions with Leighton Helwig this Tuesday afternoon. This is for everybody. Venue to be announced.

- Into the Woods: This much awaited production runs next week (April 23-25). For all the students working very long hours in the lead up to the play, please extend grace to them next week (as provided for in policy):

For students* in theatrical productions who are required to be on campus four hours or more each night during the week of a performance, projects and tests scheduled during the week of performances as well as the following Monday and Tuesday may be turned in up to the second Monday after the production without penalty.

*This applies to members of the cast, stage and tech crews. It would not include those with lesser involvement such as the make-up crew.

- Staff assignments: Short meetings concerning assignments for next year are ongoing. Thank you for working with Mars to find a window in your busy schedules for these discussions.

Be blessed this week.
