Reflections

I am writing from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. It has been a crazy couple of days of learning and unlearning. As I reflect, I keep returning to how privileged I feel to be working with you all. I appreciate your commitment to our students and the genuine camaraderie we enjoy. Thank you for being a joy to work with!

Now onto business...as we had a divisional meeting just a few days ago, there's not much else to update you about. This is just a reminder of the activities happening next week:

- The Kultura dancers will be performing at 9:00 am (3rd period) on Monday, November 3. The show is meant to run for only 20 minutes. Feel free to take your students to CADD for this treat.

- There will be a special movie in chapel this week - "Rescue in the Philippines" - about the Philippines' role in helping Jewish refugees during World War II. There is an entire book of ideas for educators in case you want to discuss or create an activity around the video. The book is with Evan G.

See you on Tuesday.
